Terms and Conditions

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of the SnapLab website and companion app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Accounts and eligibility

Account holders must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details and password-reset emails private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the service lawfully. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your plays

You keep your rights in the plays, notes, and formations you create. You give SnapLab permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and protect the service, including syncing and printing. You are responsible for content you add and for having the rights to share it. Do not upload sensitive player information unless necessary for your coaching use.

Shared playbooks

Owners decide which team playbook to share. Each access code can be redeemed once, but a coach who redeems it can view, edit, add, and delete that playbook’s plays until the owner removes access. Share codes only with people you trust. A deleted or overwritten play may not be recoverable.

Acceptable use

Do not use SnapLab to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, access someone else’s account or playbook without permission, distribute malicious code, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users and the service.

Availability and changes

SnapLab is currently a pre-release, free service. Features may change and occasional interruptions can occur. Keep copies of plays that are important to you. If we introduce paid features, we will display the price, billing period, cancellation process, and applicable refund terms before any purchase. These terms alone do not authorize a charge.

Our materials

The SnapLab name, interface, and software belong to their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended coaching purpose; these terms do not transfer ownership of the software or brand to you.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and SnapLab does not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We have not included a mandatory arbitration clause or a class-action waiver.

Ending use

You may delete your account through Account settings. We may suspend an account for serious misuse or security reasons. You can contact us about a suspension, accessibility barrier, or these terms.

Questions or requests: Snaplabsupport@gmail.com. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your request. Do not send your password, password-reset link, or any legacy recovery code.
